I've taken off from Kingsford Smith Airport so many times over the years but today the stars aligned! The light was good, I had a window seat on the right and the window was clean for a change. When the pilot said we were heading over the North side of the harbour and then due East I could sense something special was about to happen. What a phenomenal place.
