A walk up San Cristobal

After a long flight, nothing helps jet lag like a good walk.  This is what I decided to do this afternoon.  The views from San Christobal over Santiago are just magnificent.  It's better after rain when the smog clears and you can see the majestic Andes to the East.  Still, it's worth the effort on any day.  The skyline is defined these days by the Gran Torre Santiago.  At 980ft and 63 floors it is still to be completed due to budget issues.
